Job summary

Resorts World OMNI in Miami, FL is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to verify and accept all incoming goods, manage daily receiving reports for food, non-food, and beverage, and perform cycle counts. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and maintaining orderly storeroom operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify and accept all incoming goods for volume and quantity.
• Ensure daily receiving reports for food, non-food and beverage.
• Carry out cycle counts and monthly inventories.
• Rotate stock and reconcile received items to purchase orders.
• Ensure FIFO and compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain tidiness of storeroom and assist in daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.

• Verification and acceptance of all incoming goods in respect of volume and quantity.
• Ensures that all receiving reports inclusive of food, non-food and beverage are done daily and on a timely basis.
• Perform cycle counts
• Carry out monthly inventories with Controlling; ensure orderliness and cleanliness in her/his area of responsibility
• Verify the accuracy and accept all purchased products into the hotel
• Assist in the daily operation of the storeroom to include, but not limited to, receiving and placing product, reconciling received items to purchase orders to verify accuracy, rotating stock, conducting inventory and issuing and delivering items to departments
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness in her/his area of responsibility
• Ensure FIFO is followed for all transactions
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations regarding storage, safety and sanitation
• Any others duties requested by supervisor/management
