Job summary

CelLink in Georgetown, TX is seeking a warehouse associate to perform receiving, shipping, and material handling tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will pick/pull materials, operate forklifts, and maintain ERP data accuracy while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires a High School diploma, forklift certification within 90 days, and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to department production standards.
• Process all incoming products according to department standards.
• Complete all shipping per customer requirements.
• Pull material for production and customer orders per requests.
• Perform cycle counts per department procedures.
• Enter accurate data into ERP and inventory systems.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and other handling equipment.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and follow safety regulations.

• Operate equipment to defined department production standards
• Process all incoming products according to department production standards
• Complete all shipping per customer requirements
• Pull material for production and customer orders per requests
• Perform cycle counts per department procedures
• Perform all ERP activities to department guidelines
• Operate powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditionsto the department supervisor.
• May perform all system tracking activitiesin accordance withcustomer requirements and departmental guidelines;including, butnot limited to enteringaccuratedata into the company specified systems for job time and inventory tracking.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to Supervisor or area lead.
• Maintain the work areain a clean and orderly condition andfollowsprescribed safety regulations.
• Contribute to team effort byaccomplishingrelated results as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge,Skills,and Abilities):

Experience/Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be, or become within90 daysof employment, certified forklift operator
• Previousproduction operations, material handling,within a manufacturing or warehouse comparable environment preferred but notrequired.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Punctuality and a professional, can-do attitude area must.
• Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing.
• Open to schedule flexibility that will allow for a variety of shifts, including days, nights, or weekends as needed. Ability to work overtime & change schedule on short notice asrequired.

PPE

May be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses, safety shoes, bump-caps, gloves, hair nets, masks, & clean-room frocks while adhering to the prescribed safety procedures. Ear Plugs are recommended in areas of high noise levels that meet minimum OSHA requirements.

Work Environment– Manufacturing/Shop Environment

Includes a shop environment, with exposure to high noise levels from operating machines, physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts, nuisance dust, and skin exposure tohazardous materialsusedduring material prep process.
