Job summary

SJE Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Clerk in Minnesota to manage storage, picking, and shipping of finished goods on-site. You will use systems to document inbound and outbound shipments and support cycle counting and stock replenishment.

A valid driver’s license may be required. The role emphasizes basic computer proficiency, the ability to stand for long periods, and accurate reporting of inventory discrepancies.

Job Duties

As our Warehouse Shipping Clerk, your primary role will be storing, organizing, picking, and shipping finished products, restocking shelves and assisting with cycle counting. You will use computers and software to perform job-related tasks and complete administrative duties for inbound and outbound shipments as well as internal documentation. You will be expected to report discrepancies in bills of material, inventory, quality of raw materials, assembled products, sales orders, and equipment maintenance concerns.

This position requires driving of a forklift and possibly a company vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's Motor Vehicle Record standards.
