Job summary

Distribution Management is seeking a reliable warehouse associate in Dallas, TX to count inventory, verify shipments against manifests, and inspect for damage or discrepancies as part of daily operations.

You'll unload inbound deliveries, pick and assemble orders, ensure outbound shipments are accurate and intact, and help with cycle counts, stock rotation, and housekeeping while following safety guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Stable and steady work history in a distribution center or warehouse.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Basic knowledge of RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Count all products, compare them to manifest, and check all shipments for damage, hostages, and overages.
• Unload inbound trucks and safely move products for storage.
• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is picked.
• Assemble orders for shipment.
• Ensure outbound shipments are correct and free of damage.
• Repack and weigh any order that requires such handling.
• Report quality variances.
• Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Follow company quality guidelines.
• Keep accurate records and reports.
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
• Comply with OSHA and other appropriate standards.
