Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort seeks a Warehouse Clerk to support multiple departments by accurately fulfilling supply requests, delivering items, stocking shelves, and maintaining clean, organized warehouse areas. Knowledge of HACCP and ServSafe requirements is preferred, along with forklift operation skills and the ability to follow management policies.

The role requires up to one year of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Up to one year related experience or training.
• Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A candidate with food and beverage experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Filling requests for supplies made by other departments with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Warehouse clerks will be responsible for delivering supplies to departments as outlined by management.
• Warehouse Clerks are responsible for stocking the shelves in the warehouse, following set guidelines with emphasis on rotation and product quality.
• Warehouse Clerks will follow HACCP and ServSafe guidelines as it pertains to handling food and beverage products.
• Warehouse Clerks will keep a clean and organized environment within all warehouse operation areas.
• Warehouse Clerks will provide feedback to management through documentation of depleted items.
• Warehouse Clerks will help in counting product during inventory periods.
• Warehouse Clerks will assist in picking up/storage and delivering documents and other products to storage as set forth by management.
• Warehouse Clerks may be asked to perform other duties related to the job position from time to time.

Qualifications

Experience And/or Education

Up to one year related experience or training. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A candidate with food and beverage experience is preferred.

Age Requirement

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Cache Creek Casino Resort Tribal Gaming License. Candidate must have a valid California Drivers License. Candidate must be able to successfully pass Cache Creek Casino & Resorts training on electric lifts, and electric/ internal combustion forklifts. Candidate must successfully pass a Serv Safe training class
