Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our home healthcare equipment operations. You will perform clerical tasks related to warehouse functions, maintain inventory records, and support drivers with loading and unloading equipment daily.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and organizes warehouse areas and equipment.
• Receives equipment daily and monitors stock to prevent shortages.
• Maintains logs for tank tracking and maintenance records.
• Pulls equipment for drivers and assists with loading/unloading.
• Files maintenance and service paperwork; keeps records current.
• Maintains online inventory and FDA files for equipment.
• Delivers equipment in driver absence and supports preventive maintenance program.

Summary

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleans all equipment and keeps all warehouse areas neatly organized
• Receives all equipment daily and ensures warehouse does not run low on stock by keeping Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager current on all supplies
• Receives all tanks weekly and writes up logs for tank tracking
• Pulls equipment fordrivers before the end of each day and helps them load and unload their vehicles the following day
• Files paperwork that pertains to maintenance and preventative maintenance that have been performed on all equipment. Keeps filing current
• Maintains equipment and equipment maintenance in online inventory
• Maintains FDA files
• Delivers equipment in the absence of drivers
• Maintains preventive maintenance program for all equipment

Required Education and/or Experience

• Candidates may qualify through a combination of education, training, and relevant work experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
• Any education requirements mandated by applicable federal, state, or local law, regulation licensing requirement, or customer contract.

Preferred Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• One year general warehouse and inventory management experience
• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
