Job summary

ABM Industries in Round Rock, TX is seeking a reliable Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned buildings. Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, handling chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

This role is suitable for someone entering the workforce or returning with limited experience. ABM is veteran friendly. Preferred candidates have at least 1 year of similar work and 1 year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow assigned work schedules and report barriers to supervisors.
• Move cabinets, furniture, and equipment to access cleaning areas.
• Clean interior glass, windows, and partitions with appropriate solutions.
• Gather and dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
