Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in buildings. You will operate cleaning equipment, handle chemicals, and perform general janitorial duties to keep facilities safe and inviting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.
• Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow work schedules and report barriers.
• Move furniture and equipment to access areas for cleaning.
• Clean interior glass, windows, and partitions.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Maintain communication with clients and supervisors.
• Adhere to safety, security, and quality standards.
