Job summary

ABM Industries seeks a reliable Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in building facilities. Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, handling chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. Pay: 18.00 USD hourly. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package and is a veteran-friendly employer encouraging veterans to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Service and restock restrooms with necessary supplies.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow assigned work schedules and report barriers.
• Move cabinets, furniture, boxes and equipment to clean areas.
• Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors and partitions.
• Gather and dispose of trash/recyclables.
• Wipe down furniture, appliances and equipment.
• Follow proper procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Notify management of repairs or additions to building systems.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
