Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in building facilities. You will operate specialized cleaning equipment, handle cleaning chemicals, and support general janitorial duties as needed.

The role offers a Sunday-Wednesday shift from 6am to 4:30pm with a pay rate of $15.48/hr, and ABM's comprehensive benefits package. Prior janitorial or customer service experience is preferred, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and service/restock restrooms with supplies.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow schedules and report barriers.
• Move furniture and equipment to access areas.
• Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors, and partitions.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Maintain cleanliness of furniture and appliances.
• Use cleaning chemicals and power equipment safely to avoid surface damage.
• Notify management of repairs or additions to building systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
