Job summary

Deceuninck North America is seeking a Yard Driver (warehouse) with CDL A required in Monroe, OH. This full-time role operates on a 2-2-3 day rotating schedule from 6 AM to 6 PM, supporting loading, unloading and vehicle inspections in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You’ll join a safety-focused team with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) matching and paid time off. CDL A and forklift familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license is required.
• Current or able to obtain a DOT Physical Certification.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck (26,000+ GVW) safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload cargo with care.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and documentation.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
