Ryder is hiring for Case Picker in Elk Grove, California. The role offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, with a second shift schedule Monday–Friday.

You will work in a clean, organized warehouse handling food products, using forklifts or walkie riders, and contributing to a safe supply chain environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, warehouse experience, math skills, and the ability to read location and product codes.

Warehouse Forklift Operator Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $23.00 per hour
• Shift Diff: $1.00 per hour
• Schedule: Second Shift 2 :30PM -11:00PM Monday - Friday

Ryder Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well‑run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must have adequate math skills
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Capable of multi‑tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
