ESC/NorthEast Electrical in Burlington, MA, is hiring a Full Time Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The role involves loading/unloading, inventory checks, packing, and data entry using Eclipse software.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7am to 4pm with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour, plus benefits and a path for growth within the Sonepar group.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and reliable work habits are essential.
• Strong time management to handle daily receiving, packing and shipment tasks.
• Knowledge of warehouse receiving, picking and packing processes.
• Dependable team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks, moving material in a safe manner using forklift, pallet jack, handcart, or other device.
• Count, check, prepare, and record items being received or shipped.
• Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, and route material for safe delivery or storage.
• Complete paperwork, documentation, and data input in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain inventory through cycle counts and stock checks.
• Performs maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of NorthEast policies and procedures, general product knowledge, participate in training, and attend meetings as requested.
• Act in a helpful and cooperative manner towards customers and coworkers.
• Must acquire a working knowledge of the Eclipse software support system.
