PepsiCo Inc. in San Antonio, TX is hiring a warehouse associate to build pallets and load trucks for outbound shipments. You will follow loading instructions, use an electronic system or order sheets, and operate a forklift or power pallet jack to move products.

The role requires physical labor, weekend shifts, and potential forklift certification. You will work Sunday through Thursday, starting at 10:00 PM and ending at 6:30 AM, contributing to safe, accurate, and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must perform physical labor (with or without accommodations).
• Must work non-traditional shifts and weekends.
• May be forklift certified or able to become certified.

Build and load pallets of beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina to keep communities supplied safely, accurately, and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Hand build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, following warehouse instructions and load sheets
• Use an electronic order system or order sheets to ensure loading accuracy for outgoing trucks and unloading for incoming trucks
• Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move product to picking areas and build pallets/loads as assigned
• Wrap and secure pallets/loads when finished to maintain stability for transportli>
• Stage pallets and/or load product into trailers and trucks when ready, including handling returned pallets/plastic flats
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and turn in paperwork for check before loading
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper housekeeping standards in your work area

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
