Job summary

Bay Insulation Supply of Wisconsin in Green Bay is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver to deliver insulation products to scheduled job sites on time. This role blends warehouse tasks with customer-facing delivery and requires safe, DOT-compliant driving.

You will load and unload, perform pre-trip inspections, handle paperwork, collect COD as needed, and assist in the plant when not driving. Three years of relevant driving experience and a valid license with DOT medical card are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience driving a straight truck or box truck (last 5 years).
• Valid driver's license and DOT medical card required.
• Willing to maintain clean driving record per policy and insurer.

Description

Join a stable, growing, family-owned company with 50 years of success! This position is responsible for delivery of insulation products to scheduled job sites in a timely manner. Customer service with customers is essential in this position when delivering material to job sites and customer offices. Safely driving within the DOT guidelines. This is a NCDL position operating a box truck or sprinter van.

Responsibilities

• Driving to deliver material to job sites.
• Loading and unloading material.
• Maintains truck and performs daily pre-trip inspections.
• Process paperwork such as tickets, bills of lading, etc.
• Make sure the customer signs the receipt of material and collect on COD charges.
• Assist with production in plant.

Requirements

• Three years of experience driving a straight truck or box truck within the last five years, required.
• Valid driver’s license to be maintained at all times in compliance with company policy and DOT regulations, required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT medical card, required.
• Driving Duties. As a condition of continued employment, employees working in a position requiring driving as an essential function of the job, are required to maintain a valid license, and an acceptable driving record as per our insurance provider’s requirements.
