Job summary

Amarr, part of ASSA ABLOY, has a warehouse associate opening in Austin, TX. This full-time role involves heavy lifting in a non-climate controlled environment, with a schedule from 7:00a to 3:30p, Monday–Friday and occasional overtime.

Pay ranges from $22 to $24 per hour and may include driving and performance bonuses. Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan with company contributions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license; at least one year of driving experience.
• Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75 lb) and constant movement.
• Must pass DOT requirements including physical, background screening, and MVR per Amarr standards.
• Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines.
• Demonstrated history of steady employment.

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect incoming product (50-75 lb) mostly by hand.
• Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service.
• Provide deliveries in a 26' box truck as needed.
• Assist with inventory and damage control.

In this position you will :

• Unload and inspect incoming product (this can be between 50-75lb) mostly by hand
• Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service
• Provide deliveries in a 26' box truck as needed
• Assist with inventory and damage control

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license , with at least one year of driving experience

• Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical, background screening, and a MVR that must meet Amarr driver standards

The Details:

This position is full-time Monday - Friday from 7:00a-3:30p with the occasional overtime. The pay rate is $ 22-24 based on, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications . Addition al compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
