Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a First (1st) Auditor in Vista, CA. This role focuses on accurate checking and counting of inbound and outbound product, ensuring quality and proper production dates, labeling, and addressing per customer specifications.

The position requires forklift experience and a strong adherence to safety and inventory controls. Typical duties include validating shipments, reporting discrepancies, and assisting with loading/unloading while maintaining a clean work

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months operating a Stand up/Sit down forklift or Reach Truck.
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
6 months warehousing/material handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Count inbound product and compare to manifest, check for damage and production codes.
Report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments using appropriate forms.
Sign for inbound shipments or accept signature for outbound merchandise on request.
Check outbound contents for accuracy and completeness against customer orders.
Operate forklift safely and assist loading/unloading as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and promote warehouse safety.
Participate in physical inventories and support other duties as assigned.
