Capstone is seeking a warehouse associate for the 1st shift in Minnesota. You will audit inbound and outbound pallets, perform pre-shift equipment checks, and verify product and quantities while supporting site leadership with additional duties as needed.

The role is fast-paced and physically demanding, with training provided to the right candidate. We offer weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Audits inbound and outbound pallets of freight.
• Performs pre-shift checks of equipment.
• Product and quantity verification and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
