Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC is seeking a warehouse associate in Jersey City, NJ. The role involves auditing inbound and outbound pallets, performing pre-shift equipment checks, and verifying product quantities. This position requires lifting 25–75 lbs and a high-energy work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

We offer weekly pay at $20.00/hour, with benefits after 60 days and opportunities for career growth. Training is provided, and there is potential to join a travel team across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or material handling is not required but helpful.
• Must be capable of repetitive lifting and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to train and learn site-specific procedures.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
