Job summary

Levy Restaurants at Las Vegas Ballpark is seeking a Warehouse Attendant (Part-Time) for the spring to fall season. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and distributing food service products for premium catering, ensuring proper presentation and serving temperatures in line with HACCP standards.

This seasonal position runs April through September and involves using a computer to enter records, maintaining inventory, and supporting the premium catering department’s needs as events occur.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved.
• Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Place materials/goods on racks, shelves, bins or in refrigerated rooms according to sequence.
• Fill requisition orders or requests for materials & products to food service outlets.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Open bales, crates and other containers.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Weigh or count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Arrange stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.
• Use computer to enter records.
• Compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.

$16.00 to $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

This seasonal, event-based role covers a primary duration from April to September. The position focuses on receiving, storing, and distributing food service products for the premium catering department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.

• Place materials/goods on racks, shelves, bins or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
• Fill requisition orders or requests for materials & products to food service outlets.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Open bales, crates and other containers.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Weigh or count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Arrange stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.
• Use computer to enter records.
• Compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.

• Abide by all company policies and procedures including but not limited to:
• The use of medium weight cutting gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
• The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
• The use of slip‑resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
