Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Warehouse Attendant to receive, organize, and distribute food and beverage products at our Kansas City venues. Two shifts are available: Mid (10am – 5pm) and PM (4pm – 11pm). The role requires accurate inventory handling and timely restocking to keep operations running smoothly.

Warehouse Attendant (AM or PM)

Summary: Receives, prepares, distributes, reconciles, and restocks various food and beverage products. Two (2) shifts available: Mid (10am – 5pm), PM (4pm – 11pm)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conveys materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.

Places materials/goods on racks, shelves and bins or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.

Fills requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.

Assembles orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves; conveys orders to packing station, shipping department, or guest-facing location.

Marks materials with identifying information; opens bales, crates and other containers.

Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.

Weighs or counts items for distribution within venue storage to ensure conformance to company standards.

Drives various vehicles (ie, golf cart, forklift, etc.) to transport stored items or to pick up items.

Maintains all required certifications and attends safety and operational training.

May completes requisition forms to order or transfer products from other locations.

Maintains inventory records.

Demonstrate reliable and timely attendance.

Performs other duties as assigned.
