Job summary

Slate Auto LLC is seeking a Team Member to support daily wrap operations in our vinyl wrap production area. You will follow standard work, assemble high-quality vinyl wrap kits, and help maintain a safe, efficient workflow on the line.

Responsibilities include meeting daily targets, reporting abnormalities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen. This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Fulfillment and/or custom printing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and precision with tools.
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing and production environments.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Team Member supports daily wrap operations within the Wraps Business. This role is responsible for following standard work, producing high-quality vinyl wrap kits, ensuring safety, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Production Duties:

• Perform tasks in vinyl wrap kitting facility following standard operating procedures.
• Meet daily production targets with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Communicate issues or abnormalities promptly to Team Leaders.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Participate in safety audits, wear required PPE, and report unsafe conditions.

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with fellow Team Members and Leadership.
• Support a positive work environment built on teamwork, accountability, and respect.

Quality Responsibilities

• Ensure kits meet quality specifications.
• Identify and report defects or non-conformances.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and other improvement initiatives.
• Suggest opportunities to reduce waste and improve workflow.

Experience
