Capstone Logistics in Ennis, TX is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our growing team. The role includes loading and unloading by hand or with equipment, with pay by the truck and weekly earnings that increase with effort. Shift options: Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm or 3:00pm–11:30pm.

We value energy and a strong work ethic. You must lift 25–75 lbs repeatedly; prior warehouse or equipment experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry up to 25-75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• All candidates must be over the age of 18 and will undergo a pre‑employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods by hand and with equipment.
• Paid by the truck; earnings increase with effort.
