Job summary

Staffmark Group in Ponchatoula, LA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move products through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control while ensuring orders are completed accurately and safely.

The role offers a pay rate of $17.00–$18.00 per hour with a 4:30 AM–2:30 PM schedule, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and an optional 401(k).

Qualifications

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
