Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Opa Locka, FL is hiring Warehouse Associates for a fast-paced distribution team. Earn $18.50 per hour plus $2.50 additional per hour, with weekly pay and a frontline benefits package.

Responsibilities include operating RF scanners, loading/unloading trailers, and maintaining safety standards. We provide paid training, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, PTO from month 1 (up to 80 hours/year), and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks and related equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to input data into WMS.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure proper scanning.
• Perform picking, packing and material moves per procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned area.
• Support team objectives and continuous improvement.
