S&S Activewear in McDonough, GA is hiring a Warehouse Associate II to unload trucks, handle items, and support automated picking processes. The role requires use of RF scanners and tablets, with a focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will participate in safety inspections, operate equipment, and assist with several warehouse functions to ensure on-time order fulfillment. This is a full-time onsite position with comprehensive benefits.

The Truck Unloader will be responsible for unloading product off trucks, using hands and arms in handling and following safety and related work procedures. Aside from unloading trucks, his/her job description also entails properly arranging or storing of items, attaches identifying labels or inbound cases. They are responsible for maintaining an organized workstation to assist with streamlining of products to their final destinations within our Automated system. They may assist with training of new hires, delivering and receiving product from the conveyor systems; interfacing with customers; processing of received goods; replenishing product within our automated picking system; fulfilling customer orders; reviewing and packing the orders to verify accuracy and ensure that the product is up to shipping standards.COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE$19.57 hourlyMonday-Friday (4AM-12:30PM), Full-Time, Non-ExemptONSITE: 225 Midland Court - McDonough, GA 30253BENEFITSWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your life, health, and future. Note: PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your specific role - not all roles require specific PPE. Please check with your HR/Training team for details on if your role requires specific PPE.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs.
