Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking Warehouse Associate for Travel & Local Team in a hybrid role. You will work at your home site and deploy to Capstone partner facilities across the country for 6+ week projects, leading by example and upholding safety and quality standards.

You will join a high-performance team that travels to support important Capstone projects, with opportunities to grow within the Capstone network and return to your home site between deployments.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight
• Selecting, picking, sorting, and staging product

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – TRAVEL & LOCAL TEAM TRAVEL. LEAD. DELIVER.

Capstone Logistics is looking for high-performing Warehouse Associates who are ready for more than a typical warehouse job. This is a unique hybrid role: you'll be part of your local warehouse team when you're home and deploy with Capstone's Travel Team when projects need additional support. Travel assignments can last 6+ weeks and may take you to partner facilities across the country. We're looking for people who can step into a new operation, learn quickly, lead by example, and represent Capstone with professionalism wherever they go.

WHEN YOU'RE HOME

Depending on the needs of the operation, your responsibilities may include:

• Warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing approximately 25–75 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to work different shifts and schedules based on project requirements
• Willingness to travel and remain deployed for 6+ weeks at a time
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
