Standard Supply is a large HVAC supply company, family owned since 1946, with locations across Texas, Oklahoma and Arizona. We are hiring an entry-level Warehouse Associate to join our team and help deliver exceptional service.

This full-time role offers training, opportunities to grow, and a supportive team in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare and load orders, operate equipment, and use RF scanning to ensure accuracy while maintaining safety and organization.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with full training provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Preparing customer orders for delivery with speed and accuracy.
• Operating powered equipment (we’ll train you!).
• Use RF Scan Gun Technology to perform daily tasks.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Supporting team goals while juggling multiple tasks.
• Always keeping an eye on the details—because they matter!
