Wesco is hiring Warehouse Associates in Birmingham, AL. As a Warehouse Associate you will perform receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and general maintenance of assigned areas.

We provide on-the-job training, opportunities to grow with a Fortune 250 logistics leader, and a benefits package including paid time off and healthcare options. No experience required; high school diploma preferred; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Formación

• Basic computer skills required.
• Problem-solving skills helpful for daily tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to operate warehouse equipment including power equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship orders.
• Log sheets and inbound shipments handling.
• Relocate and consolidate material; prepare packing lists.
• Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks.

Conocimientos

Educación

High school degree or equivalent

No experience required

1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred
