McKinstry in Austin, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Supply Chain Operations team. You will execute core warehouse tasks independently and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Typical responsibilities include training new hires, enforcing standard work, verifying picks and shipments, and communicating daily status and inventory issues.

This is an hourly role in the Austin market, with pay between $26 and $42.50 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is required.
• Experience training new hires and enforcing standard work/quality control.
• Strong team coordination and communication skills.
• High attention to inventory and transaction accuracy; able to investigate discrepancies.

Responsabilités

• Train new hires or less experienced Warehouse Handlers on standard work, quality expectations, and equipment/tool functionality.
• Own quality control: verify picks/shipments, reduce errors, and implement process improvements.
• Provide reporting and communication: daily status, constraints, inventory issues, and schedule/coverage needs.
