Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Mt. Juliet, TN. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, using warehouse management systems and scanners.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys a hands-on environment where accuracy drives customer satisfaction. Requirements include a High school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Follow established processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Inspect products for damage and dispose of defective items according to company procedures.
• Safely lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Assist with warehouse organization, restocking, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
• Follow company safety protocols and participate in team safety meetings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure order completion.
