Thyssenkrupp Materials NA, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate on the third shift in South Bend, IN. You will sort, move, and package materials on the warehouse floor, operating cranes, forklifts, and scanning devices to support timely orders and safe operations.

The role emphasizes safety, lean principles, and teamwork. A high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, basic math and computer skills, and forklift experience are required; full benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills and keyboard proficiency.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred.
• Familiarity with hand-held measuring tools and scanning devices.

Responsibilities

• Sort, stack, clean, wash, stock, and inspect cartons, pallets, or parts.
• Assist in filling and packaging orders and completing paperwork.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and material handling equipment.
• Support machine operators and perform general floor tasks.
• Maintain equipment and report issues promptly; participate in safety programs.
• Train others when required and follow Lean initiatives.
