Job summary

Bedrosians Tile and Stone is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our Tustin Distribution Center team in California. The role focuses on accurate picking, packing, and staging of orders, plus RF scanning and WMS-driven inventory activities.

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or shipping/receiving environment.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds regularly.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Must report to work on time and have reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking, packing, and staging customer orders using RF scanners and WMS technology.
• Receiving inbound freight and verifying product quantities and condition against packing slips and POs.
• Using Manhattan WMS to process inventory transactions, receipts, transfers, and order fulfillment.
• Loading and unloading trucks safely with forklifts and handling equipment.
• Assisting customers and drivers with material pickups and safe loading practices.
• Maintaining warehouse organization through proper slotting, stock rotation, and audits.
• Following OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborating with warehouse and operations teams to meet productivity, quality, and service goals.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Brief Summary:

Bedrosians is one of the largest independent tile and stone distributors in the United States, with nearly over 40 locations nationwide. We are seeking motivated, dependable, professionally-sound minded Warehouse Associates to join our Tustin Distribution Center team.

This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value safety, enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and are committed to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Essential Functions:

1. Accurately picking, packing, and staging customer orders and branch transfers using RF scanners and warehouse WMS technology
2. Receiving inbound freight, and verifying product quantities and condition against packing slips and purchase orders
3. Utilizing the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process inventory transactions, receipts, transfers, and order fulfillment activities
4. Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and material handling equipment
5. Assisting customers and drivers with material pickups while ensuring safe loading practices
6. Maintaining warehouse organization through proper slotting, stock rotation and inventory audits, and good housekeeping practices
7. Following all OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and operational procedures
8. Collaborating with warehouse and operations teams to meet productivity, quality, and service goals
9. Any other duties as assigned
