Job summary

Bedrosians Tile and Stone is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates for our Tustin Distribution Center. You will pick, pack, stage orders, and handle inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS. You will contribute to inventory accuracy, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, reliability, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds. Forklift experience is a plus and bilingual skills are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking, packing, and staging orders using RF scanners and WMS.
• Receiving inbound freight and verifying quantities against packing slips.
• Using Manhattan WMS to process inventory transactions and orders.
• Loading/unloading trucks with forklifts and handling equipment.
• Assisting customers and drivers with material pickups safely.
• Maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
• Following OSHA rules and safety procedures.
• Collaborating with teams to meet productivity, quality and service goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

Brief Summary:

Bedrosians is one of the largest independent tile and stone distributors in the United States, with nearly over 40 locations nationwide. We are seeking motivated, dependable, professionally-sound minded Warehouse Associates to join our Tustin Distribution Center team.

This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value safety, enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and are committed to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Essential Functions:

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our distribution center operating efficiently by:

1. Accurately picking, packing, and staging customer orders and branch transfers using RF scanners and warehouse WMS technology
2. Receiving inbound freight, and verifying product quantities and condition against packing slips and purchase orders
3. Utilizing the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process inventory transactions, receipts, transfers, and order fulfillment activities
4. Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and material handling equipment
5. Assisting customers and drivers with material pickups while ensuring safe loading practices
6. Maintaining warehouse organization through proper slotting, stock rotation and inventory audits, and good housekeeping practices
7. Following all OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and operational procedures
8. Collaborating with warehouse and operations teams to meet productivity, quality, and service goals
9. Any other duties as assigned

7. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds regularly
8. Willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed
9. Forklift experience is a plus
10. Prior warehouse, distribution center, shipping and receiving experience

Preferred:

1. Logistics experience preferred
2. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
