Ford Motor Company is hiring temporary Full-Time warehouse associates in the Customer Service Division. Key duties include stock keeping, order picking, and preparing shipments, using hand tools, scanners, or other equipment as needed.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with possible shift premiums. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to convert to regular full-time after nine months, along with overtime eligibility and a commitment to a safe, team-based work

Qualifications

• Must perform manual labor and handle parts quickly and accurately.
• Ability to learn and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessment, drug screen, physical and background check.
• Willingness to work overtime and various shifts.
• Strong attendance and teamwork in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Stock keeping and inventory maintenance.
• Picking customer orders and locating items in specified quantities.
• Preparing shipments for delivery to customers.
• Operate hand scanners and basic warehouse tools as needed.
