Ford Motor Company is hiring warehouse associates to handle stock keeping, order picking, and shipment preparation in our customer service division. The positions are temporary full-time with conversion to full-time after nine months of continued service.

Starting wage is $21.00 per hour with applicable shift premiums. Benefits include no-premium National PPO plan, prescription coverage, life insurance, profit sharing, holiday pay, PTO after 120 days, tuition assistance, and vehicle purchase

Qualifications

• Ability to perform manual labor, standing and walking for long periods.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to work on varying shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Stock keeping / inventory maintenance.
• Picking customer orders by locating items in specified quantities.
• Preparing shipments of orders to customers using equipment and supplies.
