Job summary

POOLCORP, the world’s leading distributor of outdoor living products, seeks a Warehouse Associate for our Clear Lake, TX location. You will accurately receive, pull, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist in loading trucks, log shipments, and perform inventory audits while communicating with supervisors and customers to coordinate timely deliveries. Responsibilities include safe forklift operation, keeping the facility clean, and supporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior distribution, general labor or warehousing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, fill, pack and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading delivery trucks.
• Receive shipments and log into inventory with regular audits.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, sales staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries/pickups.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain certification; conduct vehicle safety checks.
• Keep the facility clean, neat, and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
