Job summary

Cencora is seeking a distribution center associate in Brooks, KY to handle order fulfillment, inventory checks, and packing for distribution. The role requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work in a climate-controlled facility while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The position is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule, starting pay at $19.00 per hour and opportunities for additional earnings through incentives and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and stand for long periods.
• Able to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Overtime may be required to enable real-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment including stocking, restocking, picking and packing and outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Use RF scanning equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and safe.
• Verify received products against documents and report discrepancies or damages.
