Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Morristown, TN. This first-shift role handles order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control on a fast-paced team.

Warehouse Associate - Shipping, Receiving & Pick Pack

Location: Morristown, TN
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Overview

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. If you have experience with order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, unloading trucks, and inventory handling, this is a great opportunity to put your warehouse skills to work on a first-shift schedule.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Equivalent warehouse experience will be considered.

Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, pick/pack, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience processing customer returns is preferred.
• Experience unloading trucks and handling incoming shipments.
• Ability to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely move, organize, and transport warehouse materials.
• Ability to wear appropriate warehouse attire, including closed-toe shoes.
