Job summary

RINGANA is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support order preparation and shipment in a fast-paced, on-site Roanoke, VA facility. You will pick, pack, label, and inspect products, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the fulfillment process.

Ideal candidates have warehouse or shipping experience, strong attention to detail, and basic computer skills. Overtime flexibility and a team-focused attitude are required; forklift experience is a plus.

Looking for a great opportunity with a growing company? We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to help prepare customer orders for shipment.

RINGANA is an international company known for its fresh, vegan, and sustainable cosmetics and nutritional supplements. Join a growing U.S. operation and play an important role in making sure customer orders are picked, packed, inspected, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Sort packages and prepare orders for pickup by shipping carriers.
• Check orders and packaging to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Complete final packaging, repackaging, or rework as needed.
• Assist with inventory, product storage, and returns.
• Identify and report damaged products, packaging issues, or quality concerns.
• Review shipping documents and help resolve order or shipping issues.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, packing, or order fulfillment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, hardworking, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar programs.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to adapt as operations grow.
• Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and work overtime as needed.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse position. Candidates must be able to:

• Stand and walk for approximately 75% of the workday.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Safely lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the shift.

Additional Requirements

Work Location: On-site warehouse position. Candidates must be able to commute to the work location. Remote work and relocation assistance are not available.
