Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) is hiring a Warehouse Worker for the evening shift in Irving, TX. You will pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment, using pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and safety in a fast-paced distribution center environment. The position offers up to $18.00/hour starting pay, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and additional bonuses at 6 and 12 months of continuous employment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders all day.
• Forklift operator experience or PIT equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Load/unload trucks safely and efficiently; operate warehouse equipment (training provided).

Location: Irving, TX Compensation: $18.00/hour Schedule: Sun – Thurs, 5:30 p.m. – 2 a.m. (or until done)

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
• Are you 18 years of age or older?
• Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
• Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience?
