Job summary

R&B Wagner, Inc. in Wisconsin is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and material movement across our facility. This hands-on role helps keep operations running smoothly and ensures customers receive their orders on time.

We offer a second shift with a $5.00/hour premium for full-time roles, ESOP ownership, and stable, full-time employment. You’ll work in a dynamic team, stay active, and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to use basic tools and measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for customer orders.
• Build crates and prepare products for safe shipment.
• Move materials between warehouse and production areas.
• Perform inventory transactions and support cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• First Shift: Monday - Friday; Flexible start times
• Second Shift: Monday - Friday; 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Second Shift Premium: $5.00/hour second shift premium available for full-time roles!
