Job summary

Dollar Tree is hiring motivated Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced distribution center. You’ll pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, load and unload trucks, and operate pallet jacks and forklifts if certified.

Shift 2 runs Monday-Thursday 4:30 pm–3:00 am with overtime based on business needs. Starting pay is $18.50/hr plus a $1.00 shift 2 differential, plus a comprehensive benefits package after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Basic math and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
