Job Description

Warehouse Associate
East Windsor, NJ
$20.00/hour
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

This is a first-shift opportunity offering consistent weekday hours in a clean, team-oriented warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment.


• Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming inventory.


• Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment safely.


• Audit outbound shipments to ensure order accuracy.


• Perform barcode scanning, data entry, and inventory transactions using RF scanners.


• Complete serialization processes and maintain accurate inventory records.


• Identify and report damaged, missing, or overage products.


• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.


• Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment, reporting any issues.


• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.


• Follow all company SOPs, quality standards, and compliance procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.


• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order picking experience preferred.


• Basic math and computer/data entry skills.


• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.


• Willingness to complete company equipment certification and training.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.


• Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.


• Safely operate warehouse equipment after training.


• Follow all PPE and warehouse safety requirements.
