Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Operations team member to securely handle, move, and store client records and information. The role requires physical work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adherence to security guidelines, with a starting wage of $25.19 per hour and a background check and drug screening after an offer.

The expected salary range is $44,300.00 - $55,400.00. Competitive compensation is aligned with experience; PTO and benefits are union-provided.

Qualifications

• Experience and comfort with a physical job that involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately follow procedures and maintain the security of confidential records.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.
• Securely manage records by moving boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder.
• Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.
