Job summary

Under Armour, Sparrows Point, MD is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Seasonal Night Shift. This role supports order processing across the Distribution Center, including picking, packing, and shipping, using RF scanners, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

The position offers bonus incentives, teammate discounts, and development opportunities into full-time roles within the distribution team. Schedule is Monday-Thursday, 5:00pm-3:30am, with base pay of $18.00–$21.20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or GED), or equivalent years of experience.
• 6 months warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep, dust and mop.
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks.
• Assists with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas. Utilizes hand-held computers to receive daily tasks.
• Picking, pulling, and packaging of orders.
• Processing and shipping of orders.
• Consistently at work and on time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Purpose of Role

This role has big-time impact! Warehouse Teammates participate in the daily activities and operations of the Distribution House. This role performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials. Warehouse Teammates are responsible for manual tasks associated with the processing of orders. This position is a cross functional role. Warehouse Teammates will perform work in any department within the facility as directed to support operational requirements and business priorities. Assignment to specific functions may vary daily based on workload, staffing levels, and operational needs. This role is responsible for manual and computerized tasks associated with the processing of orders.

• Work in any department within the Distribution House. Warehouse Teammates may rotate or be assigned or reassigned to different function areas outside their primary designated department to meet fluctuating labor needs, support peak volume, address staffing gaps or otherwise meet the needs of the business.

Base Compensation

$18.00-$21.20

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
