Job summary

American Lumper Services LLC is seeking motivated individuals for our Smyrna, TN location to assist with manual container loading/unloading. Duties include sorting, scanning, pallet wrapping, and staging. Warehouse experience preferred; steel-toe shoes required.

Position involves long walking/standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment. Weekly pay at $18/hour with health benefits after 30 days and 401(k) eligibility after 180 days.

Qualifications

• Must have steel-toe shoes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Must be able to lift 25+ lbs consistently.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort and scan retail merchandise by store number, building, wrapping and staging of pallets.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock (pick, unload, label, store).
• Report discrepancies and communicate effectively.
