Job summary

Batesville is seeking a warehouse associate in Pennsylvania to ensure safe handling of shipments, proper care of inventory, and adherence to safety procedures. You will inspect units, unload inbound and load outbound caskets, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following standard work practices.

The role offers $20 per hour with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K matching, paid time off, EAP, and development opportunities. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Dependable and honest with good communication and teamwork.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50–100 pounds frequently and more than 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspection of each unit to ensure quality.
• Unload inbound and load outbound caskets quickly, accurately, safely, and damage free.
• Keep a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Perform various warehouse duties as requested.
• Operate various powered equipment efficiently and safely.
• Other duties may be assigned.
