Job summary

Great Lakes Cheese, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Worker to organize and store products in a GMP- and safety-focused environment. Responsibilities include counting, loading/unloading, operating tow motors and other equipment, and maintaining accurate shipping/receiving records.

The role requires HF education (HS diploma/GED) and basic math skills, with preferred forklift experience and RF scanner use. Work is in a fast-paced production setting with emphasis on quality and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and prepare shipping/receiving records and understand production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Verify accurate counts of finished products and supplies.
• Organize and store finished products.
• Load and unload trucks per bills of lading.
• Operate warehouse equipment (tow motor/hand jack/wrapper/battery hoist) safely.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean working environment.
• Perform RF functions using a handheld scanner.
• Stage customer orders on shipping dock and prepare orders per guidelines.
• Adhere to GMPs and safety policies.
