Job summary

BradyPLUS is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Relief Driver - Non CDL to join our growing team in Wisconsin. This role blends warehouse tasks with back-up driving to ensure timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.

You will pull orders, stock and rotate inventory, operate a straight truck, learn routes, perform DVIRs, and maintain safety and documentation. A valid license, 1 year of route driving, forklift certification preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of route driving experience with straight truck, box truck or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history; ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain on hire.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping with labels and documents.
• Receive, stock, rotate products; participate in audits and cycle counts.
• Operate a straight truck or box truck for deliveries to customer locations.
• Maintain route documentation (BOLs, manifests, packing slips, HazMat summaries).
• Perform DVIRs, keep vehicle clean and safe.
• Follow OSHA/DOT policies and HazMat handling requirements.
• Load/unload trucks and operate pallet jacks or forklifts after training.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and communicate with dispatch.
• Support warehouse facility and equipment maintenance.
